ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (November 1, 2023) - Updated November 20 – Atlantic City, voted one of the “25 Best Christmas Towns in the USA” by Travel + Leisure, is the ultimate destination this holiday season with the return of the spectacular Atlantic City Tinseltown Holiday Experience. The citywide celebration, now in its second year, offers visitors an array of festive events throughout the resort during the month of December.
“We are thrilled to once again present this experiential holiday celebration to our visitors," said Karen Martin, Director of Communications & Marketing for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA). "From the exciting entertainment at our casinos to festive events throughout the resort for all ages, we welcome everyone to come and embrace the spirit of the holiday season.”
Following an assortment of holiday shows scheduled over Thanksgiving weekend, the grand kick off of the Atlantic City Tinseltown Holiday Experience takes place on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, with a Grand Tree-Lighting Event just off the world-famous Boardwalk at The Yard at Bally's Atlantic City Casino Resort (4:30-6:30pm), along with kickoff celebrations throughout town, including a community tree lighting celebration at O’Donnell Park (6-8pm), the Orange Loop Bar Crawl (starting at 7pm), and Tinseltown Kick-Off Party at Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall (7:30pm).
On Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 2 & 3), the City of Atlantic City sponsors a Winter Wonderland Parade (12-2pm), with Kelsey Grammer serving as the grand marshal. That same day, over at the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University, a Holiday Market & Gingerbread Village will feature vendors, crafters, photos with Santa, and live music (2-5pm).
Amidst the resort’s world-class dining, vibrant nightlife, and exciting attractions, throughout the month of December visitors can enjoy an array of joyful events and celebrations, including a spectacular lineup of entertainment, holiday-themed pop-up lounges at several casinos, a Tinseltown Holiday Cocktail and Mocktail Trail, and festive décor throughout town. Festive displays include a 50-foot holiday tree on the Boardwalk at Showboat, a holiday lightshow at The Quarter at Tropicana, holiday-themed rooms and suites at Ocean Casino, an over-the-top holiday display at the Irish Pub, and much more.
