The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority offers comprehensive support and services to groups holding conventions, trade shows, exhibitions, meetings and public events in Atlantic City.
We can help you find a meeting venue, whether you need the atmosphere of something small or the full-scale flexibility of a convention center in Atlantic City.
Our Client Direct Program organizes spouse programs, VIP receptions, special events and group tours to Atlantic City attractions. It also connects you to more than 400 hospitality industry businesses that can meet any need for your next event or meeting.
The Atlantic City Convention Services team can also:
- Facilitate site inspections by coordinating the details of your event with local businesses
- Post welcome signage in more than 100 local businesses, on the boardwalk and convention center in Atlantic City and even on the Atlantic City Expressway
- Work with local restaurants and businesses to provide discounts for your attendees
- Provide attendance-building and promotional materials, including visitor guides, fact sheets, brochures, parking and restaurant maps, a link to the ACCVA website to facilitate attendee access to local information and media support complete with Atlantic City images, media contacts and press releases
We can also provide staff members to help with attendee registration (view our flyer), as well as visitor information desks and restaurant reservations for events held at the convention center in Atlantic City.
To ensure your guests stay in comfort, our housing department works closely with hotel and motel owners to secure comfortable and convenient accommodations for your event attendees. We’ve also partnered with AC Central Reservations for seamless, full-service lodging reservations for events of any size.
