Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall
Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall has played host to a sparkling list of dazzling entertainers and knockout sporting events throughout its 93-year history. The Boardwalk facility reopened in 2001 after a $90 million renovation that transformed the building into a modern special events arena capable of variable seating for up to 14,770 people.
Boardwalk Hall is also home to the world's largest musical instrument, with two pipe organs! The organ staff host daily recitals in the summer months and weekly recitals year-round!
The Atlantic City Experience and Labor Museums are located in the lobby (accessible from the Boardwalk) and have unique historical Atlantic City exhibits and artifacts displayed. The Atlantic City Visitor Information Center also located inside Boardwalk Hall (Mississippi Avenue & Boardwalk) is open daily with souvenirs and visitor center staff ready to assist you!
