ACES (Atlantic City Express Service), the direct express train service between New York City's Penn Station and Atlantic City's Rail Terminal began in February 2009. The average trip takes about 2½ hours with one quick stop in Newark, NJ, and runs Friday through Sunday, when nightlife and entertainment are at their best. Next stop, enjoyment!
The NYC to AC trains will make the 143-mile run with two trains operating on Friday, three on Saturday and four on Sunday. The newly remodeled cars will carry as many as 300 passengers per four-car train. There's something about traveling in comfort and style that starts and ends a weekend fling off right!
